Stacey created Detente collaborative mediation as a "conscious business", meaning it is designed to operate in a way that engages and inspires its participating clients and professionals. Detente is built on authentic leadership, positive direction, and personal and organizational growth.  I strive to provide the highest quality, ethical, services and utilize feedback, good and bad, from clients and other professionals in our resource network to constantly improve.  Stacey and the Detente network of professionals seek to do genuine good for every family in crisis, thereby strengthening and sustaining the fabric of our community and our world.
